I am now officially Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: SQL Server 2005, passed the 70-431 exam today with flying colours

hello, is this particular certification associated with any organization? We are willing to pay someone who has passed this test so we can achieve a particular level or Microsoft compentency requirements.
